7:00     Centering Prayer (2 x 25 minutes, 5 minute walking meditation between sittings)

8:00     Breakfast in silence

9:30     Conference

10:30     Break

10:45     Centering Prayer (during the time of Fr. Keating’s Requiem Mass at St. Joseph’s Abbey)

Noon     Lunch in silence

2:30     Conference

3:30     Break

5:00     Centering Prayer (2 x 25 minutes)

6:00     Supper in silence

7:00     Centering Prayer (2 x 25 minutes)

8:30     Retire in silence

Sunday, November 4

7:30     Contemplative Eucharist
