The November 6-8 retreat was held at the beautiful Canterbury Retreat Center in Oviedo. It featured a Centering Prayer Introductory track for those who wished to learn the practice of Centering Prayer, and a deepening track for those who have an established practice, but wished to deepen it. Almost 50 people attended this first weekend retreat sponsored by COCFL in our region.
