An Invitation to Gather
Every time we, people of the Spirit gather, a synergy takes place. A coalescing in love that renews and nourishes; a mysterious awakening where deep calls unto deep. Whether through word or silence, consonance or dissonance, each of us is sent forth yet once more, rich with the gifts only given in community, purified in solitude, embodied in solidarity and practiced in simplicity. We re-member the word of God that each of us is, always dynamically changing yet eternally the same. We dance, we dance in the midst of the unspeakable, the ineffable Mystery hidden in the ordinary, in plain sight.
Maru was born and raised in México City. For 29 years, she has served Contemplative Outreach and Extensión Contemplativa Internacional as an interpreter for Fr Keating, in Pastoral Care, Spiritual Direction and facilitating Intensive and Post-Intensive Centering Prayer Retreats in North, Central and South America.
