Contemplating Christ with Fr. Vincent Pizzuto

In April, 2024 Fr. Pizzuto presented weekend workshop for Contemplative Outreach of Central Florida.  It was based upon his book, “Contemplating Christ.”  The series of presentations is now being made available in approximately 20 minute segments suitable for use in Centering Prayer groups.  The idea of repurposing retreats into prayer group material began with the Epiphany group in Port Orange during the pandemic.  They began meeting on Zoom in May, 2020 and needed material for discussion so they began to create clips from recorded retreats.  Series on the Welcoming Prayer, Thomas Merton, and others have been created.  Epiphany is now 12 segments into the Pizzuto material and an additional segment will be added most weeks until the entire retreat is edited. The Pizzuto material has stimulated good discussion in Epiphany group.
